Added a new version of txt2html; mainly tweaks to help with Debian packaging.

Added a new version of txt2html; to correct egregious error in previous version. Argh.

Added a new sub-page to the Reviews area; Kat's Bookshelf which contains a listing of books I own or have owned; obviously incomplete, but I'll add to it as I go.

Kat's Bookshelf is now at the end of the C's.

I've changed the contact email address for my Fanzine editing, due to the amount of spam it was getting. The old address should now bounce. Beware.
