and some documentation fixes.

I added a bunch of new LJ user-icon border brushes
to the Gimp Resources section of the site:

I've added a selection of the photos I took on my trip to New Zealand
last year.  Some of the photos I've added to multiple sub-galleries,

I added a "2008" index to my fiction page, along the same
lines as the 2007 and 2006 indexes.  Yeah, I could have waited until the
end of the year, but I decided to do it now. The way it's done,
it will be automatically updated as I add new works, so
no real reason not to do it now.

I have now moved the pages which dealt with the lists.katspace.org
mailing lists onto the wiki, so their new URL is
http://www.katspace.org/Lists/

The reason for this is to set up a set of indexes (Author, Universe,
Title, Reviewer) for all the reviews posted on the GenFicCrit mailing
list; putting them on the wiki made it easier to write a script to
automate the process.  The new archive portal is:
http://www.katspace.org/Lists/GenFicCrit/Archive
