I have re-organized the "Gusto" section of the site; it is now
http://www.katspace.org/Gusto (rather than /gusto) and, as the astute
might notice, it is now under the wiki part of the site, to make it
easier to organize and update.  The recipes are now all on separate
pages (under /Gusto/Recipes/) and cross-referenced by category (under
/Gusto/Category/) and the diets are under /Gusto/Diets.
I have also added a new diet (the one I recently lost 7 kilos on).
